Touring, interdisciplinary Australian Artist Avena Osborn shares her tips and rituals on how to recover from burnout.

On good days….Avena will do these things to keep her centered to her mission and respell burnout.

  1. Wake up and start some form of movement straight away. Yoga, stretching, “go into your body.”

  2. Have something to eat and enjoy a tea or coffee.

  3. Journeying will help you find clarity in your mind. Plan out your day, write your desires, make a list for the day or week. "If you can’t see a therapist, you can be your own therapist.” to help you find focus and help you step out of a busy mind. This will free you up to create.

  4. Get feminine - light an incense, use some essential oils. Step into pleasure of the senses.

  5. Listen to an inspiring podcast or music! Try Japanese trap.

  1. Practice!

  2. Learn who and what kind of art/artists inspire you - gain mentors.

  3. Do workshops that relate to your niche

  4. Take baby steps

  5. To become professional - do some kind of business course

  6. Find your tribe
